Description
These 5-minute prep Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the ultimate party food. Using sweet Hawaiian rolls and a creamy, spicy chicken filling, they bake up into a cheesy, pull-apart masterpiece that feeds a crowd easily.
Ingredients
1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or canned)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Slice the entire package of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom slab in the baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Top with the shredded cheese.
5. Place the top slab of buns over the cheese.
6. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes until golden brown.
8. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
**Make Ahead:** You can assemble these sliders up to 4 hours in advance. Keep them covered in the fridge, then add 5 minutes to the baking time.
**Spicy Kick:** Add sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese layer before closing the buns for extra heat.
