Description
A crispy, toasted wrap filled with spicy buffalo chicken bites, melted cheese, and fresh veggies. The air fryer seals the wrap and creates a golden, crunchy shell in minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (divided)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (or ranch)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce.
3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked and slightly browned.
4. Transfer cooked chicken back to the bowl and toss with the remaining buffalo sauce.
5. Lay out tortillas. Spread 1 tbsp of blue cheese dressing on each.
6. Top with lettuce, buffalo chicken, and shredded cheese.
7. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
8. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Lightly spray tops with cooking oil.
9. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
10. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
**Toasting Tip:** Don’t skip the cooking spray on the tortilla it helps it blister and brown beautifully.
**Make Ahead:** Cook the chicken in advance, then assemble and toast the wraps right before eating.
