Description

These Bagel Mini Cheese Ball Bites are creamy, crunchy, and full of everything bagel flavor. A simple make-ahead appetizer that’s perfect for parties, brunch, or snacking any time of day.

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp chopped green onions

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup everything bagel seasoning

Optional Add-ins:

2 tbsp chopped bacon

1 tbsp minced chives or dill

2 tbsp finely diced peppers or jalapeños


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into small 1-inch balls.
  4. Coat each ball in everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with bagel chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Make ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

For a smoky twist, add crumbled bacon.
