Ingredients
2 flatbreads (naan or pita)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup BBQ sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Optional Add-ins:
Smoked gouda or cheddar
Jalapeño slices
Crumbled bacon
Pineapple chunks
Ranch drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss chicken with half the BBQ sauce.
