This BBQ Chicken Flatbread is a quick and easy recipe topped with smoky BBQ sauce, juicy chicken, melted cheese, and crisp red onion a perfect weeknight or lunch meal ready in 20 minutes.


Ingredients

2 flatbreads (naan or pita)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup BBQ sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup chopped cilantro

Optional Add-ins:

Smoked gouda or cheddar

Jalapeño slices

Crumbled bacon

Pineapple chunks

Ranch drizzle


Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Toss chicken with half the BBQ sauce.
    3. Spread remaining BBQ sauce over flatbreads.
    4. Top with chicken, cheese, and red onion.
    5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
