Description

This Best Raspberry Peach Lemonade blends tart raspberries with sweet ripe peaches and bright lemon juice into a smooth, goldenโ€‘pink lemonade with a beautifully balanced flavor where the mellow peach rounds out the sharp raspberry and lemon into something that tastes like a summer orchard in a glass. The peach adds a velvety, nectarโ€‘like sweetness that makes this lemonade feel extra indulgent while still refreshing. This lemonade is ready in just ten minutes and looks stunning in a tall clear glass.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

1.5 cups fresh peach slices, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

3 cups cold water

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh raspberries, peach slices, and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Add raspberries and peach slices into a highโ€‘speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract all juice, and discard all seeds and solids.

3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and add lemon zest.

4. Add simple syrup or honey and cold water.

5. Stir everything together until well combined.

6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed.

7. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, garnish with peach slices and fresh raspberries and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe, fragrant peaches and deeply colored raspberries for the sweetest flavor and the most vibrant color.

Strain the blended fruit puree thoroughly to remove all tiny seeds and fibers for the smoothest texture.

Frozen raspberries and peach slices work well here and are a great option when fresh fruit is not in season.

Serve immediately for the brightest flavor and cleanest color.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days โ€” stir well before serving as natural separation occurs.
