Description

This Best Strawberry Hibiscus Sparkling Drink blends sweet fresh strawberries with bold tangy hibiscus tea and tops it all off with fizzy sparkling water for a stunning, refreshing drink that looks as incredible as it tastes. The deep ruby color and floral tartness make every sip feel like a special occasion. You need just fifteen minutes to make this show-stopping sparkling drink.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)

1 cup strong brewed hibiscus tea (cooled)

2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 cup sparkling water (chilled)

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh strawberry slices and dried hibiscus flowers for garnish

Instructions

1. Brew a strong cup of hibiscus tea and let it cool completely.

2. Add fresh strawberries into a high-speed blender.

3. Blend on high until completely smooth.

4. Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.

5. Add the cooled hibiscus tea, honey or simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice to the pitcher.

6. Stir everything together until well combined.

7. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as needed.

8. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strawberry hibiscus mixture halfway.

9. Top each glass with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.

10. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Brew the hibiscus tea strong โ€” use two tea bags per cup of water for the boldest flavor.

Always add sparkling water last and stir gently to keep the fizz alive.

Cool the hibiscus tea completely before mixing or it will wilt the fresh strawberry flavor.

This drink looks stunning in clear glasses โ€” the deep ruby color is the star of the show.

Make the strawberry hibiscus base ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days โ€” add sparkling water only when serving.
