Description

This Strawberry Peach Lemonade pairs sweet juicy strawberries with soft ripe peaches and bright fresh lemon into a smooth, golden-pink lemonade with a mellow, sun-ripened sweetness that tastes like pure summer in every glass. The peach adds a velvety, nectar-like richness that makes this lemonade taste more indulgent than any classic version. You need just ten minutes to make this gorgeous, fruit-forward lemonade.

Ingredients

1.5 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)

1.5 cups fresh or frozen peach slices

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/3 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

3 cups cold water

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh peach slices and strawberry rounds for garnish

Instructions

1. Add fresh strawberries and peach slices into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher and discard all solids.

3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and add lemon zest.

4. Add honey or simple syrup and cold water.

5. Stir everything together until well combined.

6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed.

7. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, garnish with fresh peach slices and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the sweetest and most aromatic flavor in this lemonade.

Frozen peach slices work just as well as fresh and give a consistently sweet result year round.

Strain the blended fruit puree thoroughly for the most elegant and smooth lemonade texture.

The warm golden-pink color of this lemonade looks beautiful in clear tall glasses.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days โ€” stir well before serving as separation occurs naturally.
