Creamy, tangy goat cheese blended with smooth cream cheese and topped with sweet-spicy pepper jelly. This easy appetizer is perfect for entertaining or quick snacking.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz goat cheese, softened

½ cup pepper jelly

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for warm version)

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh herbs or chopped nuts for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in pepper jelly, leaving light swirls visible.
  3. For a warm version, add olive oil and heat for 20 seconds.
  4. Spoon into a serving dish and top with more jelly, herbs, or nuts.
  5. Serve with crackers, crostini, or vegetable dippers.

Notes

Use mild or hot pepper jelly depending on your spice preference.

For a baked version, warm in a small dish at 350°F for 10 minutes.
