Instructions
- Prepare: Line a plate with paper towels.
- Heat: Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat (no oil needed).
- Crisp: Lay the prosciutto slices flat and cook for 1 minute per side, until golden and curled.
- Cool: Transfer to paper towels and let cool they’ll crisp further as they rest.
- Serve: Use as a topping for crostini, pasta, or alongside your favorite Italian appetizers.
Notes
For larger batches, bake the slices on parchment at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
Crispy prosciutto keeps well in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Re-crisp in the oven for a few minutes if needed.
