Description

A creamy, spicy, and cheesy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip that’s perfect for parties, game day, or easy snacking. Made with tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (or 2 cans chicken, drained)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional: sliced green onions, extra buffalo sauce for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing to the crockpot.
  2. Stir to combine, then top with shredded cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  4. Switch to “warm” and top with green onions or extra sauce before serving.
  5. Serve with chips, celery, or veggies for dipping.

Notes

Use canned chicken for a faster prep.

Double the recipe for parties it disappears quickly!

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Reheat in the crockpot or microwave until warm.
