A creamy, spicy, and cheesy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip that’s perfect for parties, game day, or easy snacking. Made with tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (or 2 cans chicken, drained)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: sliced green onions, extra buffalo sauce for garnish
Instructions
- Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine, then top with shredded cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
- Switch to “warm” and top with green onions or extra sauce before serving.
- Serve with chips, celery, or veggies for dipping.
Notes
Use canned chicken for a faster prep.
Double the recipe for parties it disappears quickly!
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the crockpot or microwave until warm.
