Description
Two classics collide in this high-protein wrap. Spicy buffalo chicken meets cool, creamy Caesar salad (complete with crunchy croutons!) inside a soft tortilla. Ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
2 large tortillas (spinach or flour)
1.5 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or cubed
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
2. In a separate medium bowl, combine the chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss until the salad is evenly dressed.
3. Lay out the tortillas.
4. Divide the Caesar salad mixture between the two tortillas, placing it in the center.
5. Top the salad with the buffalo chicken pieces.
6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
**Soggy Prevention:** Eat these immediately for the best crunch from the croutons. If prepping for later, pack the dressing and buffalo sauce separately.
