Notes
Use a fully ripe, golden pineapple for the sweetest and most naturally tropical flavor.
Fresh pineapple gives a brighter and more vibrant taste than canned or bottled pineapple juice.
Frozen pineapple chunks are a great year-round option and blend into a beautifully smooth puree.
Strain the pineapple puree well to remove all fiber for the most refined lemonade texture.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days โ stir well before serving as natural separation occurs.
