Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 cups pure coconut water (unsweetened)
1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
1. Add blueberries and pineapple chunks into a highโspeed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher and discard all solids.
3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and add lemon zest.
4. Add honey or simple syrup and coconut water.
