Description
An easy buffalo chicken pizza made with a ranch base, melty mozzarella, saucy shredded chicken, and a final drizzle of ranch and blue cheese. It tastes like game day takeout, but you can make it at home in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 prepared pizza crust or 1 lb pizza dough
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (plus more to drizzle)
1/3 cup ranch dressing (for sauce base)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
2 tbsp green onions, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (optional)
2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (for drizzle)
Extra ranch dressing (for drizzle)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
2. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
3. Place crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
4. Spread ranch dressing in a thin layer over the crust.
5. Top with mozzarella cheese, then add buffalo chicken and optional onions.
6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the crust turns golden.
7. Remove from oven. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and extra ranch.
8. Slice and serve hot.
