  • Author: danyrecipes

Description

This Lemonade with Fresh Peach and Honey combines soft, sun-ripened peaches with raw honey and bright fresh lemon into a naturally sweet, floral lemonade that feels both elegant and refreshing in every sip. The honey adds a warm, delicate sweetness that pairs beautifully with the juicy peach and sharp lemon. You need just ten minutes to make this smooth, wholesome peach honey lemonade.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/3 cup raw honey (adjust to taste)

3 cups cold water

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh peach slices and lemon rounds for garnish

Instructions

1. Add fresh peach slices into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

2. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher and discard all solids.

3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and add lemon zest.

4. Add raw honey and cold water.

5. Stir everything together until the honey is fully dissolved and well combined.

6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed.

7. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, garnish with fresh peach slices and serve immediately.

Notes

Use the ripest, most fragrant peaches you can find for the deepest and most natural peach flavor.

Raw honey adds a floral complexity that regular sugar simply cannot replicate in this recipe.

Frozen peach slices work perfectly here and are an excellent option outside of peach season.

Strain the peach puree thoroughly for the most refined and smooth lemonade texture.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days โ€” stir well before serving as natural separation occurs.
