Ingredients
1 cup fresh raspberries
1.5 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
3 cups cold water
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
1. Add raspberries and pineapple chunks into a highโspeed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract all juice, and discard all seeds and solids.
3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and add lemon zest.
4. Add simple syrup or honey and cold water.
