Keto Brazilian Lemonade (2)

Keto Brazilian Lemonade

  • Author: danyrecipes
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

A refreshing, sugar-free Keto Brazilian Lemonade made with fresh limes, heavy cream, and a keto-friendly sweetener. Perfectly creamy, tart, and low in carbs.

Ingredients

3 medium limes, washed and quartered

4 cups cold water

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup powdered erythritol or allulose

2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

1. Add the lime wedges and cold water to a blender.

2. Pulse for 10 to 15 seconds to extract the lime flavor without making it bitter.

3. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and discard the lime solids.

4. Pour the strained lime water back into the blender.

5. Add the heavy cream, keto sweetener, and ice cubes, blending until smooth and frothy.

6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Pulsing the limes briefly prevents the white pith from making the lemonade bitter.

For a dairy-free keto option, swap the heavy cream for canned full-fat coconut cream.

Liquid keto sweeteners blend easier, but powdered sweeteners work perfectly fine.

Drink immediately, as the mixture can separate or become bitter if left sitting.
