Description

Chewy, buttery blondies infused with fresh lemon and white chocolate, topped with a silky lemon glaze. These Lemon Truffles Blondies are a simple yet elegant citrus dessert.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

ยฝ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

ยฝ tsp salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

Lemon Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

1โ€“2 tbsp milk or cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Mix melted butter with both sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; whisk well.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread into pan and bake 25โ€“30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before glazing.
  8. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over top.

Notes

Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.

Donโ€™t overbake; blondies should stay soft in the center.
