Mini Cheese Ball Bites are bite-sized, creamy appetizers made from cream cheese and cheddar, rolled in herbs, nuts, or dried fruit perfect for holidays, parties, or snacking.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives

Optional: ¼ cup chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or crumbled bacon

Mini pretzel sticks for serving


Instructions

    1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
    2. Stir in herbs and optional mix-ins.
    3. Chill for 30 minutes.
    4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    5. Coat with nuts, herbs, or dried fruit.
    6. Insert pretzel sticks before serving.
    7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Make up to 2 days ahead; store covered in the fridge.

Use different coatings like sesame seeds or crushed chips for variety.
