Flaky, golden Mini Puff Pastry Pizza Bites filled with brie, tomato sauce, and your favorite toppings. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

½ cup tomato or pizza sauce

4 oz brie cheese (or mozzarella), cubed

¼ cup mini pepperoni or diced toppings

1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Optional: Italian seasoning, chili flakes, garlic butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Add a small spoon of tomato sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Top with brie and your chosen toppings.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash.
