Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon mounds of Parmesan onto the sheet, spacing them apart.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack to crisp fully.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for the best texture. For fun presentations, shape the crisps over a spoon or muffin tin while warm. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
