Description

Crispy, golden Parmesan Crisps made with just one ingredient and baked to perfection. Ideal for salads, soups, or snack boards.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon 1 tablespoon mounds of Parmesan onto the sheet, spacing them apart.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack to crisp fully.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for the best texture. For fun presentations, shape the crisps over a spoon or muffin tin while warm. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
