Ingredients

8 oz goat cheese

1 cup pomegranate seeds

24 crackers or mini phyllo shells

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or mint)

Optional: 2 tbsp crushed pistachios, 1 tsp orange zest, balsamic glaze


Instructions

  1. Arrange crackers or mini phyllo shells on a platter.
  2. In a bowl, whip goat cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe goat cheese onto each cracker or shell.
  4. Top with pomegranate seeds and drizzle lightly with honey.
  5. Sprinkle herbs and optional pistachios or orange zest on top.
