Ingredients

24 crackers or mini phyllo shells
2 tbsp honey

Optional: 2 tbsp crushed pistachios, 1 tsp orange zest, balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Arrange crackers or mini phyllo shells on a platter.
- In a bowl, whip goat cheese until smooth and creamy.

- Top with pomegranate seeds and drizzle lightly with honey.
- Sprinkle herbs and optional pistachios or orange zest on top.
