Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- ยฝ cup tomato sauce
- 1ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- ยพ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ยผ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
- Roll dough into a 12-inch circle and place on a baking sheet or stone.
- Spread sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese, add pineapple and prosciutto.
- Top with remaining cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 10โ12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
- Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
