Ingredients

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

8 to 10 thin slices prosciutto

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for baking)

Fresh basil, thyme, or arugula (optional)

Honey or fig jam (optional, for serving)

Cracked black pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. Let Boursin soften slightly.
  3. Lay prosciutto slices flat.
  4. Scoop or shape Boursin into small portions.
  5. Wrap each portion with prosciutto.
  6. If baking, drizzle with olive oil and bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with herbs or honey before serving.

Notes
