Ingredients
1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
8 to 10 thin slices prosciutto
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for baking)
Fresh basil, thyme, or arugula (optional)
Honey or fig jam (optional, for serving)
Cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- Let Boursin soften slightly.
- Lay prosciutto slices flat.
- Scoop or shape Boursin into small portions.
- Wrap each portion with prosciutto.
- If baking, drizzle with olive oil and bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with herbs or honey before serving.
