Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/3 cup simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
3 cups cold water
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh mango slices and lime rounds for garnish
Instructions
1. Add mango chunks into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Strain the mango puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher and discard all solids.
3. Pour in fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice.
4. Add lime zest, simple syrup or honey, and cold water.
