Ingredients
2½–3 lb chicken breasts
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
½ cup chicken broth- 1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced- 2 tbsp lime juice
2 oz cream cheese (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add chicken, seasoning, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and broth to slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 6–7 hrs or high 3–4 hrs.
3. Shred chicken, stir in lime juice (and cream cheese if using).
4. Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Add cream cheese for creamy style
