Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
10 fresh mint leaves
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1.5 cups cold water
1 cup ice cubes
Extra mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Add fresh strawberries into a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
3. Pour the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher and discard the pulp.
4. Add fresh mint leaves to the pitcher and gently muddle them with a spoon.
5. Pour in fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, honey or simple syrup, and cold water.
6. Stir everything together until well combined.
7. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed.
8. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the drink over the ice, and serve immediately.
Notes
