Description

This Strawberry Watermelon Fresh Juice Drink blends two of the most hydrating summer fruits into a bright, sweet, and incredibly refreshing drink that tastes like pure sunshine in a glass. The natural sweetness of ripe watermelon pairs perfectly with bold juicy strawberries for a drink everyone reaches for on a hot day. You need just ten minutes and a blender to make this vibrant, crowd-pleasing juice.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)

3 cups fresh watermelon cubes (seedless)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cup ice cubes

1/4 cup cold water (add more as needed)

Instructions

1. Hull and halve the fresh strawberries and add them into a high-speed blender.

2. Cut seedless watermelon into cubes and add them into the blender.

3. Pour in fresh lime juice and add honey or simple syrup if using.

4. Add ice cubes and cold water.

5. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth.

6. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher for the cleanest juice texture.

7. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.

8. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fully ripe watermelon for the sweetest and most flavorful juice โ€” pale watermelon tastes bland.

The lime juice brightens the entire drink and balances the sweetness โ€” do not skip it.

Strain the juice well for the smoothest and most refined drinking experience.

Add cold water one tablespoon at a time only if the blender struggles to blend.

Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours โ€” stir well before serving as the juice separates naturally.
