Ingredients
Ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch, sesame seeds.
Instructions
Mix and bake meatballs at 400°F for 20 minutes. Simmer soy sauce, sugar, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger; thicken with cornstarch. Toss meatballs in sauce until glazed. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Use beef, turkey, or frozen meatballs. Add pineapple for sweet and sour flavor, or serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
