Description
A bright and tropical Tropical Pineapple Mango Slushie made with frozen pineapple, mango, and a splash of citrusโy juice for a frosty, fruity summer drink that tastes like a beach vacation in a glass.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
2 tablespoons sugar or sugarโfree sweetener (optional)
3 cups ice cubes
Instructions
1. In a highโspeed blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, pineapple (or orange) juice, water (or coconut water), and sugar (or sugarโfree sweetener) if using.
2. Blend on high until the fruit is smooth and the mixture starts to look slushy.
3. Add the ice cubes and continue blending until the mixture reaches a thick, icy slushie texture that clings to the sides of the glass.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness or liquid as needed, adding a little more juice if itโs too thick.
5. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with a pineapple wedge or mango slice if desired.
Notes
For a creamier slushie, add 1/4 cup coconut milk or yogurt and blend until smooth.
Use fully frozen mango and pineapple for the best slushy texture and minimal dilution.
If you prefer a boozy version, add a splash of rum or a tropicalโflavored liquor right before blending.
