Ingredients
– 1½ lb ground beef- 1 small onion, diced- ½ cup bell pepper, diced- 2 cloves garlic, minced- 1 cup tomato sauce- ½ cup ketchup- 1 tbsp brown sugar- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp mustard- ½ tsp smoked paprika- ½ tsp chili powder- Salt & pepper- 6 burger buns
Instructions
1. Brown beef in skillet; drain fat.
2. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic; cook 3–4 min.
3. Stir in sauces, sugar, and seasonings; simmer 10–15 min.
4. Toast buns, spoon on meat, add cheese if desired.
Notes
Use ground turkey for a lighter version.
Add cheese for a Philly twist.
