Description

This Whipped Boursin & Pepper Jelly Dip is creamy, sweet, and just a little spicy the perfect quick appetizer for holidays, parties, or cozy nights at home. Made with soft Boursin cheese and a swirl of glossy pepper jelly, it’s ready in minutes and always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese, Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor

2 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

¼ cup pepper jelly (any variety)

Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper

Optional: chopped chives, pistachios, or a drizzle of hot honey


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the Boursin and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spoon into a shallow serving dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Before serving, spread the pepper jelly on top and gently swirl it into the cheese.
  6. Garnish with herbs or nuts if desired, and serve with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Use cranberry or mango pepper jelly for a seasonal twist.

Pairs perfectly with puff pastry appetizers or wonton cup appetizers.
