Description
Cheesy bacon corn dip is a rich, crowdโpleasing baked dip made with sweet corn, crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and a creamy base of cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups corn kernels (canned, frozen, or fresh)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions.
3. Mix until smooth and fully combined, breaking up any lumps of cream cheese.
4. Transfer the mixture into an ovenโsafe baking dish.
5. Bake for 20โ25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the center is hot and bubbly.
6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or crusty bread.
Notes
Use extra bacon if you want a heartier, smokier flavor.
